- Payment Schedule – 50% due at the time of booking and 50% due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Damage Deposit – Guest may choose to pay a deposit in form a credit card pre-authorization equal to 50% of the total booking cost OR purchase a Guest Damage insurance through us for a one time charge of $69 for $10K of accidental/medical and property damage coverage with $2500 of theft insurance.
- Cancellation Policy – Booking can be canceled within 72 hours of booking for a full refund as long reservation is no less than 14 days out. Booking made within 14 days must be paid in full are non-refundable. After 72 hours, cancellation window, 50% deposits are non-refundable.
House Rules:
In addition to AIRBNB/VRBO policies, you are required to sign a short-term rental agreement with your hosts/owners and agree to the House Rules. Please review BEFORE booking and if you are not comfortable, please feel free to withdraw your reservation. All guests are HIGHLY encouraged to have vacation/travel insurance to mitigate loss from unforeseeable circumstances. The property has 3 cameras pointed at non-living spaces for security and guest count.

The last mile to the cabin is a gravel mountain road, easy to navigate but it is a bumpy ride, and your car will get dirty. FWD sedans will have no problem, but you may want to leave the sports cars and motorcycles at home.
Additional rules:
1. Check in 4pm or after, check out 10am or earlier
2. Guest responsible for all damages
3. Trash must be bagged and kept in house until disposed of (no curb service)
4. No smoking (vaping, cigars, etc.)
5. No rolling or dragging luggage on the stairs (carry only)
6. Hot tub: Shower before use, no lotions, makeup or creams
7. Overnight guests NOT on the reservation are not allowed
8. No parties (visitors MUST be listed in advance)
9. Do not attempt to access locked rooms, closets, and cabinets
10. Do not move or rearrange furniture
11. No animals (Unless PRE-APPROVED by the owners before booking)
12. No fireworks, discharging firearms or hunting
13. No ATV’s, dirt bikes, golf carts, etc.
14. No open burning outside of provided fire pit
15. No illegal drugs or drug use
16. No food or drinks in the bedrooms
17. All vehicles must park in driveway (not street)
18. Hot Tub, 8 years old min with adult supervision / 14 years+ unsupervised
19. Guests shall maintain a reasonable standard of cleanliness and housekeeping
20. Dishes and cookware must be left clean and/or loaded in dishwasher
21. Observe posted quiet hours, no outdoor music
22. No non-biodegradables in toilet or garbage disposer
23. No grease in the drains / plumbing
24. Guest agree to sign landlord provided rental agreement
