Welcome to Barkada Cabin! Hi, we are Tom & Juvi the builder/owner of Bärkada Cabin in Blue Ridge, GA. We had a vision to provide guests with a vacation home that WE would want to rent. A place where friends and families could meet and reconnect while unplugging from their busy life. The name, Bärkada has special meaning to us as the word is of Filipino origin meaning “friends” or “a group of friends” The first part of the name, “Bär” is German for Bear, and as such Bärkada Cabin represents both or our heritages. With 3 decades of design/build experience we set out to create a cabin combining the best attributes of other mountain cabins in a format where you would enjoy the same amenities and comfort of your own home with EXTRAS to make your stay more comfortable and memorable.
